Our black and white roulade is a culinary delight, that is sure to look great on any dinner plate
We layer together our own black and white pudding, then gently roll to form a perfect roulade. Cooked and sliced they are a sight to behold. Available to buy in packs of four and delicious grilled or fried.
Ingredients: White Pudding (Pork, bacon, cereal, oatmeal, onions, seasoning, ground spices and sage) Black Pudding (Rusk, dried blood, oatmeal, dried egg, gelatin, flour, pork fat, onions, seasoning, soya, ground spices and sage). Our Roulade is available to buy from numerous independent butchers and farmers' markets across the UK. As well as in our family butchers Brown's of Chorley.
